Monthly Rent Information

Monthly rent is due on the first of every month. There is a 5-day grace period, after which a $30 late fee will be applied. Please ensure that your rent is paid on time to avoid any additional charges.

Water and Heating After hours emergencies -

All Tenants are given a cell number for this. If you do not have that please get it from office. Refrigerator magnets are available with all these numbers

Fee's & Charges

Rent Late : $30

Disabled Smoke Detector : $100

Broken Window: $75 Minimum

Clogged Drains & Toilets: $50 Minimum

Accumulation of Garbage: $100 + Labor & Dump Fees if Needed.

Court Fees: $140 Minimum

City fines can be levied for issues inside or outside a property that are the occupants responsibility. Speak with landlord for details.

Additional Info
Regarding Late Rent

After rent is late 5 days, you may get a seven day notice to pay. If that time passes and we file court papers and serve you for court date, you are responsible for all fees associated with the filing. Filing fees are a minimum of $140 dollars.
